Turbo Transformer is a Bluetooth enabled piggyback boost controller for turbo-charged engines. It increases boost by intercepting one or more pressure sensor(s) on your engine.

What can I do with the smart phone app?
Using our free smartphone apps, a user can adjust the device settings and monitor the boost pressure. All devices are configured for a 2 psi gain when they ship. Custom mode allows the user to go up to 4 psi as well as fine-tune the mapping by adjusting all three attributes; base, delta and slope. The user may also choose to reduce the boost pressure by selecting Max-Eco mode in order to increase fuel economy. Hybrid mode allows increased fuel economy and boost pressure in the same configuration.

How do I install TURBO TRANSFORMER on my car?
Turbo Transformer "piggy-backs" the boost pressure sensor found on the charged air pipe between the throttle body and the intercooler. To install Turbo Transformer, simply disconnect the sensor connector, plug the Turbo Transformer into the sensor and connect the factory harness into the Turbo Transformer. In some cases, you may have to repeat this process for the manifold pressure sensor.

Yes, Turbo Transformer is Bluetooth enabled. Using a smartphone or a smartwatch, you can select Stock mode to restore factory performance. In addition, the device also ships with a bypass plug, to physically bypass the electronics in case of emergency. This way, the user is not forced to uninstall the device on the side of the road in case of a rare failure.

Is there a product warranty for my chip?
Turbo Transformer guarantees that the Turbo Transformer unit will be free from MANUFACTURING defects for three hundred and sixty five (365) calendar days after delivery. In the event of a faulty Turbo Transformer unit, the faulty unit must be returned to Turbo Transformer upon which the cause of the failure will be determined by Turbo Transformer. If the failure is determined not to be from misuse or abuse, Turbo Transformer will replace the non-conforming unit with a new one at no cost to the buyer. To qualify for an exchange, the seller must first ship the non-conforming unit back to Turbo Transformer. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Turbo Transformer is not responsible for this shipping cost.

What if I do not feel a performance gain?
We ship our devices in a 2 psi setting. We feel this offers enough "fun factor" at our ridiculously low price. If 2 psi is not enough for you, you can increase the boost pressure by up to 4 psi over stock with our free app. You can also customize how the power comes in by adjusting your Base and Slope of your boost bias.

What should I do if the Check Engine Light turns on a long time after I installed the product on the car?
If this happens, scan your fault codes. Any auto parts store will scan your codes for free; but we recommend buying a basic scan tool if you plan on modifying your car. Chances are, the fault codes are not boost pressure related.
